Absolutely. Most clients start with one or two automations and expand as they see the value. There is no minimum commitment beyond the Bot Care tier you choose.

Bot Care is month to month with no lock-in contracts. All deployed automations include Bot Care as standard because we build, own, and maintain the automation on your behalf. If you no longer need the automation, you can cancel at any time with no exit fees.

We use Make.com, Zapier, Power Automate, and the Claude API depending on what suits your business best. We work with whichever platform fits your existing systems and budget.

Bot Care starts at $199 per month, which includes your first 2 automations. Additional bots are priced based on complexity. The Automation Audit is $799 (online) or $999 (on-site). Custom builds are scoped individually. We do not publish pricing for custom work because every business is different, but we will give you a clear quote before any work begins.

Yes. We are based in the Hunter region of NSW but everything we do can be delivered entirely online. We work with businesses across Australia and location is never a barrier.
