If you have been thinking about automation but you are not sure where to start, an Automation Audit gives you the full picture. It is a structured review of how your business operates, designed to identify every opportunity where automation could save you time, reduce errors, or cut costs.

How it works

The Audit is a hands-on process. We look at your operations across the areas that matter most: sales, admin, client management, reporting, and communication.

Step one: discovery. We review your current tools, systems, and workflows. This includes the software you use, how your team moves information between systems, and where the bottlenecks are. Depending on the scope, this might involve interviews with team members or a walkthrough of your day-to-day processes.

Step two: mapping. We map out your key workflows from start to finish. This makes it clear where time is being spent on manual steps, where data is being entered more than once, and where things are falling through the cracks.

Step three: analysis. For each workflow, we assess whether automation is viable, how much time it would save, and how complex the build would be. Not every process is worth automating, and we are upfront about that.

What you get

The deliverable is a detailed report that includes:

A ranked list of automation opportunities. Each one has an impact score (how much time or money it saves) and a complexity score (how hard it is to build). This helps you prioritise where to start.

A 3, 6, and 12 month roadmap. We lay out a recommended sequence for rolling out automations, starting with the quick wins and building towards the more complex ones. This means you get value early without trying to do everything at once.

Platform recommendations. We recommend the right automation platform for each job. Sometimes that is Make.com, sometimes Power Automate, sometimes a combination. You do not need to worry about choosing. We match the tool to the task.

Cost estimates. For each recommended automation, we include an estimate of the ongoing platform costs so you can see the full picture before committing to anything.

Who it is for

The Automation Audit is designed for businesses that are serious about making a change. You might already know that your admin is eating up too much time, or that your team is buried in repetitive work. The Audit gives you a clear, prioritised plan for fixing that.

It is especially useful for businesses with 5 to 50 staff, where the volume of repetitive tasks has grown to the point where it is slowing the team down but hiring more admin staff is not the right answer.

How it is different from the free Assessment

Our free Automation Assessment is a 30-minute call followed by a one-page report. It gives you a quick snapshot: your top three automation solutions, estimated time savings, and a recommended next step. It is a great starting point if you are not sure whether automation is right for you.

The Audit goes much deeper. It is a full review of your operations with a comprehensive report and a multi-month roadmap. Think of the Assessment as the overview and the Audit as the detailed plan.

Most clients start with the free Assessment. If the opportunities look promising, they move on to a full Audit.
