We talk a lot about the free Automation Assessment on this site, so it is only fair to explain exactly what it involves. No surprises, no hidden steps.

Here is what happens from the moment you book to the moment you receive your report.

Step one: you book a time

Head to our contact page and fill in the short form. Let us know your name, your business, and a sentence or two about what prompted you to look into automation. You do not need to know the technical details. Something like "we spend too much time on invoicing" or "our lead follow-up is inconsistent" is plenty.

We will get back to you within one business day to confirm a time for the call.

Step two: the 30-minute call

This is a conversation, not a sales pitch. We ask questions about three things.

Your team. How many people, what roles, and where is most of the time going. We are looking for the tasks that eat up hours but do not require much thinking.

Your tools. What software does your business run on. Email, CRM, accounting, project management, calendars, spreadsheets. We need to understand what systems are in play so we can identify what can be connected.

Your pain points. What is frustrating. What falls through the cracks. What do you wish just happened automatically. This is the most important part of the conversation, because it tells us where automation will make the biggest difference.

You do not need to prepare anything in advance. Just be ready to talk about how your business operates day to day.

Step three: we build your report

Within two business days of the call, we put together a one-page Automation Assessment. This is a clean, easy-to-read report that covers three things.

Your top automation solutions. We identify the three processes in your business that would benefit most from automation, based on the time they consume, the frequency, and how straightforward they are to automate.

Estimated time savings. For each solution, we estimate how many hours per week the automation would save. This gives you a concrete number to weigh up.

Recommended approach. We suggest which type of automation would work best for each solution. This might be a Bot Library template, a custom build, or a combination. We also note which platform would be the best fit.

What happens after

The report is yours to keep. There is no obligation to move forward with anything.

If you do want to proceed, the natural next step depends on your situation. Some businesses are ready to start building straight away. Others prefer to do a full Automation Audit first, which is a deeper review with a detailed roadmap covering 3, 6, and 12 months of automation opportunities.

Either way, the Assessment gives you the information you need to make a decision. No pressure, no expiry date.

Why we offer it for free

Two reasons. First, we genuinely believe that every small business owner should understand where they are losing time to manual work. Even if you never become a client, the Assessment gives you useful information.

Second, it is how we start every client relationship. The businesses we work best with are the ones that come in with a clear understanding of what automation can do for them. The Assessment creates that foundation.
